Our evaluations combine standardized testing, naturalistic observation, and caregiver/teacher input to get a full picture of your child’s communication abilities. This multi-faceted approach allows us to assess both structured skills and real-world communication challenges, ensuring that recommendations are accurate and personalized.

We evaluate a wide range of speech and language areas, including:

• Speech sound production (articulation and phonology)

In-home and in-school speech therapy allows children to learn and practice communication skills in the environments where they feel most comfortable and where those skills are used daily. This natural setting often leads to better engagement, faster progress, and more opportunities to involve caregivers and educators in the therapy process.

Our practice offers 45 or 60 minute sessions to address them following:

Feeding Therapy:

• Oral-motor delays (weakness or coordination issues with the lips, tongue, jaw, or cheeks)
• Difficulty transitioning to solids or textured foods
• Picky eating and food aversions
• Delayed chewing or immature chewing patterns
• Difficulty with bottle or breast feeding (infants)
• Gagging or choking during meals
• Drooling or poor saliva management
• Refusal to eat or limited food repertoire
• Sensory-based feeding difficulties (texture, taste, smell sensitivities)
• Difficulty using utensils or drinking from cups/straws
• Behavioral feeding challenges (mealtime tantrums, refusal to sit/eat)
